Circular 12/215/TT-BTC stipulated that General Department of Vietnam Customs will issue license to Customs Agent instead of Provincial Customs Department.
Those Customs Agents that are approved by Provincial Customs Department will have to re-submit application to General Department of Vietnam Customs to be approved.
Vantage Logistics and Vantage Project both finished our re-application process and approved by General Department of Vietnam Customs as below decisions:
- Vantage Logistics: decision 2314/QD-TCHQ, dated 05 August 2015
- Vantage Project: decision 2313/QD-TCHQ, date 05 Aug 2015
This is important approval for customs agent clearance via VNACCS system. After 30 September 2015, only Customs Agents approved by General Department of Vietnam Customs be able to clear customs on VNACCS system as Customs Agent.
