Pilot Project For Self-certification Of Goods Under Asean Trade In Goods Agreement

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular 28/2015/TT-BCT providing for the pilot running of project on goods origin self-certification specified the ASEAN Trade In Goods Agreement.

Current members of this Agreement: Laos, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Main point of this self-certification: traders who match the conditions to join this pilot project will be able to issue and sign on commercial invoice containing origin declaration, such commercial invoice will be valid as a certificate of origin (C/O) form D issued by authorized organizations.
