This client is a big company in the oil & gas industry, due to the industry’s specificity as well as the requirement of specialized equipment, the urgently importing and exporting equipment often happen, because if the lack of needed equipment occurs, the oil rig cannot be operated, resulting in huge costs, from 150-300 thousand USD per day. This is not a small number, Mai knew that, by the responsibility and the mindfulness of a professional, she must do the best to support her client in this case.
What is commodity name? HS code? How many packages? How are they packed? Shipping mark and label? Gross weight? Net weight? Value? Customs declaration criteria? Consignee detail at destination? Mai reviewed all the documents, checked each line of information to ensure there was no mistake when doing online declaration for this shipment. Nearly 9:00PM that evening, Mai left the office after she had prepared everything, anxiously waited for the next day to do online customs declaration.
