Successfully Continued the Transportation of Equipment for the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Expansion Project Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the transportation of cargo for the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, handling large volumes and meeting stringent technical requirements. Challenging Transportation Conditions: Unlike the previous shipment, which occurred during the flood season with strong river currents, this phase was executed in the dry season when water levels were significantly low, as the hydropower plant was not releasing water. This created difficulties for barge movement. To ensure smooth transportation, the Vantage Logistics team: Selected barges suitable for low water conditions. Monitored water levels carefully over several days to guarantee safe transport. Arranged a professional guiding team to navigate the route efficiently and on schedule Multimodal Transportation Coordination: Combining river and road transport, Vantage Logistics utilized hydraulic trailers to move the oversized and overweight cargo from the port to the construction site, ensuring high safety standards and operational flexibility. Infrastructure Reinforcement: To facilitate transportation, Vantage Logistics strengthened port facilities and key road sections, ensuring the cargo remained secure throughout its journey across challenging terrain. Safe and On-Schedule Completion: Despite facing complex weather conditions and technical challenges, Vantage Logistics successfully delivered the cargo safely, on time, and efficiently, meeting the project’s strict requirements. Vantage Successfully Delivered Shipment Of Equipment For AL EZZ Flat Steel Company In Egypt

Besides, the stowage plan changed suddenly on the day the ship docked, while the customer had transported some packages to the wharf to wait for the goods to be loaded onto the ship. Vantage promptly coordinated with relevant parties (ship agents, port captain, supplier, agent) to immediately handle the problem in order to minimize the costs incurred for customers from both shipper and consignee side. Another highlight point worth mentioning in this project is that in the process of loading goods, there was an unfortunate package that fell to the ground, Vantage promptly informed the supplier for directions to handle, so that the goods could be loaded onto the ship right away in the morning’s shift without delaying project’s schedule.
