Safely Air Transported of Damaged Generators from Vietnam to Spain
Vantage has just completed the air shipment of oversized equipment from Quang Tri province, Vietnam to Frankfurt, Germany.
– Commodity: rotor generators
– Volume: 11.6 tons, the biggest unit is 4.51mL x 1.75mW x 2.12mH.
– POL: Noi Bai International Airport, Vietnam
– POD: Frankfurt, Germany
– Vantage’s scope: pick up cargo at Gio Linh commune, Quang Tri province, packing, lashing, custom clearance, air freight.
– Shipment time: 01 – 03 August 2020
Due to the nature of the shipment being damaged machinery and equipment that need to be repaired urgently, Vantage has proposed to transport by air to speed up the transportation as much as possible for customers at appropriate costs. However, the transportation of goods by air during this period is relatively difficult due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic causing global offloading, in addition, the cargo has a large weight, high safety standards, and demands for the shipping team to have high expertise in handling project cargo. With the experience and high professionalism, Vantage safely transported the shipment in time according to the set schedule.
